D2: AYP/QPA School Identifier
	Clarification of the use of codes „0001‟ and „0002‟ in D2: AYP/QPA School, D16: Funding School, and D17: Attendance School.
	 For ENRL, TITL, and MILT collections, if „0001‟ or „0002‟ is entered as the D2: AYP/QPA School, then the D16: Funding School must contain a valid School ID number or district central office of the submitting district.
	 For EXIT and EOYA collections, if „0001‟ or „0002‟ is entered as the D2: AYP/QPA School, then the D17: Attendance School must contain a valid School ID number or district central office of the submitting district.
	 For TEST collection, if „0001‟ or „0002‟ is entered in D2: AYP/QPA School, then the D17: Attendance School must contain a valid School ID number or district central office of the submitting district. These students‟ assessment results will be included in AYP determinations of the D17: Attendance School.
	0001 & 0002 on EOYA and TEST records for 2011-2012. Basically, it will be clarified that if the D2 school is 0001 or 0002, then the Attendance School should submit EOYA records. When looking at the business rules, there will be a few changes indicating that when a record is submitted with 0001 or 0002 in D2, then D17 will be used for verification purposes rather than D16 Funding.
